Honeybee Yoga draws from over 20 years of experience practicing and living yoga. Each class interweaves breath work, meditation in motion, yogic philosophy, and anatomy. Classes are mostly in the tradition of Kripalu Yoga, but incorporate parts of other traditions to create a well rounded class. Classes are safe and effective for every age and every body type.
