What is Integrative Health?
Integrative Health is a form of natural healing combining seven disciplines and drawing upon them to help bring the body closer to a natural state of balance through self healing.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner, Michele believes everyone is unique and should have their own tailored wellness plan inclusive of such topics as exercise, nutrition, and stress reduction.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We will take the time to listen to you, your symptoms, your goals, and give you a road map to better health and the successful mindset to make lasting, sustainable, positive changes on your way to a healthier lifestyle.
Why did Michele become an Integrative Health Practitioner?
Michele has a long history of playing sports, reading about health and fitness, and spending time in the gym. She receives great joy from helping people through massage work and as a physical therapist assistant. Her favorite pastime is reading about all things exercise. Michele continually strives to learn how the human body operates and how to apply the latest research to live a longer, healthier, and happy life as well as search for answers to her own health issues. She is also not enchanted with the current traditional “sick care” medical approach of dispensing medication based on symptoms without finding the true root cause of those symptoms. Michele believes the answer to optimal health is gained through a holistic approach of integrative and combination therapies. The paths she has been on have intertwined to make Integrative Health the next logical step for her. This will help Michele with her goal of teaching and helping others on a grander scale. Through Integrative Health, Michele will continue learning to help herself, teach others, and teach others to help themselves. Our goal is not to have you as a client for life, but as a client that we help add more life into the years you live.
