Saturday, June 29, 2019 – Lotus Rising – Patanjali’s Kriya Yoga – Noon – 1:30 p.m. – at The Valley Om
Kriya Yoga is the yoga of action – action informed by specific attributes of the Yoga Sutras of Pantajali. In yoga, the lotus flower is auspicious because we recognize the same energy and action of their growth within ourselves. In this 90-minute class, we will use the lotus flower as our guide, with discussion and time to sketch out your “lotus map,” and then we’ll move into a physical practice. Come join Amy Kirk for an exploration of how you can use the principles of yoga to overcome obstacles, grow, and flourish into the best version of yourself.

July 20, 2019 – Agni Sara – 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. – Located at The Valley Om, Easton, PA
Agni sara is a master practice that focuses on the first three chakras, pelvic floor and abdominal work, and combines pranayama and asana. This ancient practice creates a connection to your deeper levels of consciousness, allowing you to tap into the intrinsic fire within. Agni (fire) sara (essence) facilitates change in our lives.
In this 90-minute workshop you will learn through discussion as well as movement how to practice agni sara. Time will be spent building awareness of breath, the root lock (mula bandha), and asana to warm up the body and prepare for the practice of agni sara.
Amy Kirk has gone through an incredible transformation in the past year and she attributes the beginning of that change to studying agni sara. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for decades, this workshop is beneficial for all. August 10, 2019 — Summer Chill – Pitta pacifying practice – Located at The Valley Om, Easton, PA
Just as we crave cold beverages in the summer, our bodies crave cooling yoga flows during the intense summer heat. Come spend 90-minutes moving through relaxed vinyasa & cooling asanas, breathing with pranayama techniques designed to cool you down, and relax in restorative postures to sooth your soul. All levels are welcome
Option 1: $110 — 1-on-1 single session. 90-minutes at your location. Whether you are brand new or looking to refine your practice; this session will be collaborative to help you with alignments, posture assists, and designing your own unique home practice.
Option 2: $510 — 6-week Beginner Series (1 or 2 person). 90-minute classes at your location. This series will cover the foundation postures in great detail with alignments and specific modifications to suite your own needs. The goal will be to help you feel safe and confident enough to attend public yoga classes.
Option 3: $780 ($65 Class) — 12-Class Card/90-minute sessions. This package special is the best value if you are ready to commit to 1-on-1 classes. The Class Card expires after 16 weeks (no refunds or extensions). You decide the frequency of classes.
Ranging anywhere from very basic beginner classes up to experienced practitioners, we can cater to whatever kind of class you had in mind. You provide the space and we will provide the instruction. Great for parties or as a nice way to connect with your friends on a regular basis.
Group Classes typically run for 90 minutes and the cost is dependent upon the amount of people in attendance. Call for more details.
