Relaxation Massage – This massage is geared towards the client that is stressed and is not looking for the deep sensations that come from other massage types. It is a great way to relax and promote wellness in the body.
Therapeutic – A custom blend of massage strokes, techniques, and modalities such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy and deep tissue massage. There is an element of relaxation retained in this massage, but emphasis is on specific pain issues and relieving areas of muscle tension, tightness, and fascial restrictions.
SEAM Session – During this session you will receive personalized stretching, exercise program, and a massage.
Sports Massage/Myofascial Stretching – This type of massage is specifically geared towards athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Sports massage may be used as a pre-event warm up, post-event cool down or during times of training for an event. Sports massage may help prevent injury, increase performance, flexibility and range of motion along with flushing toxins out of the body to decrease muscle soreness and help speed recovery.
Reiki – Reiki is a form of Japanese hands-on healing. This is performed while the client is fully clothed and hands are gently placed on specific areas of the body. This full-body treatment draws from the universal life-force known in Japan as ki. This transfer of energy will leave you feeling relaxed yet balanced.
Chair/Sports Events/Parties – Bring Honeybee to your office, corporate event, trade show, or party.
In the office, a 10-15 minute massage in your employee’s workday has been shown to increase productivity, reduce stress levels, lessen stress and ergonomic related injuries, and decrease sick calls. Offering chair massage to your employees is a quick and easy way to say thank you to your employees and a great benefit to your business.
At trade shows and conventions, having a massage therapist at your booth will draw more clients to your booth, increase the time you have to pitch your product, and give you more happy potential clients.
Chair or table massage is available for sporting events such as charity runs and walks, bicycle races, or for your sports team for pre- or post-event sports massage.
Parties are filled with family, friends, and fun but sometimes can also be stressful and chaotic. Providing chair massage at your next party will bring some soothing relaxation time to what may be a hectic setting. Your number of attendees may increase as well as length of time they stay at the party. Some ideas of parties to bring chair massage to are Christmas parties, family reunions, wedding receptions, birthday or anniversary parties, proms, or school reunions. Or, just have a massage party in your home. The possibilities are endless and left only to the imagination of where we can provide chair massage for your and your event.
